How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@fairwaystoheaven.golf within 30 days of your purchase with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

What Gets Refunded

We refund the full purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable as the physical certificate will have already been dispatched.

Digital Certificates

Upon refund, access to the digital PDF certificate will be revoked and your listing will be removed from the Roll of Honour. Your member number will be retired — not reassigned.
